A stylized romantic comedy

Give Me the Simple Life is set in the present, but with the technicolor sensibilities of the bedroom comedies of the late 1950s and early 1960s. Popular sportscaster Jason is weeks from his wedding, but as the big day approaches, his contract renegotiations go into freefall, and the ex who walked out on him two years earlier comes to town.
